Please explain to me how when I log into the Jimmy John's website and attempt to place a delivery order, they show me a map which indicates, on their own site, that I live 1.3 miles from the Jimmy John's, and yet I am out of their delivery area? Sure that it must be an error, I called the store who confirmed that despite me being quite literally around the gd corner, that I am out of the delivery zone. Where do you deliver to? The restrooms on your restaurant? The Dunkin Donuts next door? Come on man, is this how you maintain "freaky fast"? By only delivering to a 100 yard radius outside your front door? Do you literally throw the sandwich like a football? The sandwich is a good sandwich, if a bit overpriced, don't get me wrong. But you gotta get your delivery together Jimmy. Seriously.

I swear, this strip mall is a black hole. I have seen many businesses come and go here, and I hope Jimmy John's is not another. I need another sandwich option other than Subway. For those of you that are unfamiliar, Jimmy John's serves up some tasty gourmet sandwiches. The 8" subs don't come with a lot of meat, so I suggest you add some extra. My favorite of these is the Pepe (applewood smoked ham is delish) and the JJBLT (a gangster BLT). If you have a bigger appetite, I suggest you go with the Giant Club Sandwiches, that come with substantially more meat. My favorite is the Beach Club- the avocado spread is so good, and so are the sprouts. Now for the carb-conscious, they have the "Unwich" which is a lettuce wrap with the ingredients you choose. The subs had a option of their French roll or 7-grain. The 7-grain slices come pretty thick, but very grainy (healthy). I also recommended getting their chips (Jalapeno!) rather than the cookies. Oh, and THEY DELIVER! I don't know how fast this location is, but when I order in the city, it takes 15 minutes. Awesome.

I've gone to this location for lunch a few times. My order is always made super quickly, and had always been correct. The food is average, nothing terribly exciting. I do keep coming back for the friendly staff and quick service! (They also come to my work and bring us samples sometimes, which we always love!)

Well I'm not really sure what just happened but what I do know is that I made my first visit to JJ's and I was in and out of there in literally 90 seconds. Everything happened so fast that I didn't even think to ask for a bag and ended up walking out with hands full of chips, sandwich and drink. I got an Italian (#9) with hot peppers and it was pretty good. Nothing mind blowing but still good. If I recall, it seemed a tad cheaper than Subway for the same combo and the bread was slightly better but I think overall, Wawa has both beat in pricing. I get the whole speed concept in today's fast paced, no waiting for anything world but I prefer things a little bit slower. I can knock this of my "to try" list and go back to Wawa.

Ordered pick up a couple times from here. It's your typical Jimmy John's. Service was quick the times I've been here. My order was always made correctly. My usual order is No. 12, the Beach Club. Turkey sub with avocado spread, light on the mayo of course... yum.

Freaky fast! It's not the most complicated menu in the world. How many different ways can you combine bread and meat and cheese and vegetables? But it's always amazing to me how quickly they make the sandwiches and you're ready to go. I popped in and got two to go (one never seems to be enough and I had no idea when I'd have dinner). It probably took longer to pay than it did for the guys to make the food. And a moment later, I was done and out the door. Restaurant was nice and clean. My only complaint was that they did go a little heavy on the mayo. Next time, less of that. And the combo is a lot more money for not a lot more food - a bag of chips and a drink. You would almost be better off stopping at 7-Eleven for those.

We ordered three sandwiches. Should call them wish sandwiches. 1 slice of meat, mayo and a ton of lettuce on a roll. No flavor, no sprouts nothing to make me want to come back.

What a try-to-be-hip place! Clean and bright and full of young workers. The menu has jazzy names for simple sandwiches. The rolls are baked there, and it's an order at the register, pick-up your order later, just like a "Subway" sandwich shop. Very fast-paced. However, at a cost. I think it's so frenetic in there behind the line, they get easily confused. The order-taker couldn't care less that I was there. (The preparers in contrast were a frenzy of yelling and motion.) She didn't know the menu; she had to ask questions for the orders I saw her take, including mine. Then, they (unknown to me) gave me the wrong order. I left and returned an hour later after finding this out to get it fixed. I brought-back the sandwich they gave me and they asked for the receipt, which I did still have, and they said to me "Yup, you're right, we gave you the wrong stuff." They then made the correct sandwich and handed it to me with a "sorry." I wonder if the order-taker, who didn't know what she was doing, punched the wrong order-in, would I have been left holding the bag (literally)? The experience left me cold. I've been in the service industry, and if a screw-up was made, we bent-over backwards to make the customer feel appreciated. Maybe a coupon, a cookie, a drink... I did receive the right sandwich with a sorry, but that was it. Maybe they thought I didn't mind getting the wrong food, not eating when I planned, and driving back to their establishment in the middle of winter, because of their mistake. I felt the youthful inexperienced staffers there have no real training in customer service. Just button-pushing and sandwich making. Going there is like using a scattered vending machine. Hopefully the right sandwich will make it to you. The sandwich, when I did get the correct order, was fine. In the future, I'll stick to "Subway" for a quick bite, where they make the sandwich in front of me, and I'll know I'll leave with my correct order.

Jimmy johns is beyond delicious!!! The bread is awesome and they listen when you ask for "light" condiments. Overall one of the best fast sandwich joints in the area. I love it!

Ingredients seemed fresh, but I wasted $7 on a sandwich I could of made at home. I ordered this veggie sandwich that seemed to be packed with all sorts of good stuff...instead I get an avalanche of avocado, with a nice mountainous helping of shredded ice-berg lettuce. So no, I will not come back here.

Really not impressed by my first and last visit to Jimmy John's. My "turkey club" came on a white long roll (huh?), contained very little turkey (or anything else) and was DROWNING in mayo. There are a lot of better options in the area. Lee's, Primo's, even Subway are preferable by far. And I have to echo Jason B--in what way are these sandwiches gourmet?

if you're going to do delivery....order online. i called in thinking it would be faster and when the associate answered the call she could not have been anymore unenthusiastic. i knew right away this wasnt going to be good. when i ordered i had to say things over and over again i said i would like a whole whole grain hunters club sand which with avocado spread. she resumed and said on what sandwich.... thinking that she did not hear me again i said it over and over. not surprised it came to my job and it was on a long roll.... i had to send the guy back which i felt bad to do they were nice enough to fix it and give me a free sub card which was already expired.................. and when i opened the sand which there was barely ANY avocado spread and a ton of mayo... i never asked for mayo. never calling in again. please train your staff to answer phone orders properly and promptly since the company's slogan is fast efficient service and delivery.

Cheap skates. If you only want a small sandwich, you will not get very much inside. Proportions are all effed up. Small roll? You'll get a tremendous amt of bread with a minimal amt of meat and cheese. I noticed that if you bought a big hoagie, they'd put more stuff in it in proportion to the sandwich. But, by that time, you're up to what Primo's would charge. Stick with Primo's. At least you get a nice healthy Liscio's roll at Primo's

I think they have redefined gourmet...it now means crap. The only good thing I can say was that it was fast.

Great place for a fast sandwich. We ordered a platter for my daughters birthday for 9:30am and happened to be in the area at 9am I called to ask if I could come by and wait till it was ready and they said that I could come by and they would start making the platter immediately. I arrived and waited less then five minutes. It's nice to see this level of service. Everyone loved the platter.
